Paper Abstract:
|
This short paper is related to teaching English as a foreign language in Portugal as a subject integrated in the national
curriculum for the called second cycle of studies which comprehends students from 9 to 12 years old. This study, is also
the starting point for a masters thesis in Educational Multimedia in the University of Aveiro, in Portugal. The present
work, which is still in progress, is an attempt to innovate in terms of new approaches in teaching English. Along with the
presential/ formal classes, the contents , that are focused in English language learning curriculum will transpose schools
walls and be a part of these students homes, playgrounds and lives.. |
