Paper Abstract:

From time to time, one should draw a line and, before crossing it, assess the present situation, consider the performance
of the organization up to then and readjust the strategy according to new objectives, so that we can then carryon. This is
the safest way we can try to keep on the right track, correct mistakes, achieve new challenges and prepared to be
evaluated by others at any moment.
Taking e-learning as one of the current and main success factors in education, and based on the experience of a higher
education institute that uses Moodle, the present work proposes a methodology that can easily be adopted by any similar
institution, with the objective of granting an effective implementation and truly appropriate to the new teaching and
learning approaches. |
