Paper Abstract:

This study explores how school culture can induce teachers to develop e-learning courseware and implement an e-learning curriculum. This case study was conducted between June 2005 and July 2006. Three layers of school culture were, according to Scheins classification artifacts, espoused beliefs or values, and basic underlying assumptions. |
