Paper Abstract:
|
Several international distance learning projects taking advantage of video conferencing and e-Learning have been carried
out as a part of ANMC 21. Among Asian countries, there are great differences among the saturation level of the
infrastructure of digital networks. Careful consideration and elaboration were required to perform the projects in
developing countries. It has been found that mobile tools are effective to compensate for the lack of a digital network and
personal computers. |
