Paper Abstract:
|
Trust is the main concern of the customers of internet banking. Therefore, in order to provide satisfied customers in the business of internet banking, a reliable and strong trust model needs to be established. Development of such a perfect model is one of the main factors in making internet banking successful. Trust modeling is the process performed by the security architecture to define a complementary threat profile and trust model based on a use-case-driven data flow analysis. In this paper, the critical factors affecting the trust in online banking are investigated. With the aid of information flow within the internet banking system, the risks and threats are evaluated to provide the most robust trust model. |
