Paper Abstract:
|
This paper discusses developmental issues of sustainable organizations in Malaysia in the era of economic innovation. Based on approaches and ideas of Atkisson and Werbach in transforming and developing sustainable business strategies, this paper proposes a similar approach to be adopted in Malaysia. Other relevant concepts - social entrepreneurship, marketing 3.0 and green economy which complement the development of sustainable strategies are discussed. Recommendations are made for Malaysian organizations to begin transformation into sustainable organizations. |
