Paper Abstract:
|
In communication sites, some users pretend to be other users by using multiple user IDs and attempt to manipulate
message evaluations. Manipulated message evaluations discourage message submitters, keep users from retrieving good
messages, and decrease the credibility of the communication sites. To solve this problem, we conducted an experimental
study to determine whether a series of messages are submitted by a certain user suspected of manipulating evaluations on
messages in a communication site. In this study, we used messages in the data of Yahoo! chiebukuro for data training and
examination, and examined our method under various sizes of experimental data and various numbers of input messages. |
