Paper Abstract:
|
The virtual organization is one of the representative forms that allow firms to create value via a link of core competency
among firms. In the research related to the performance of virtual organizations, there have been discussions of a core
concept to enhance the performance between the cooperation of firms and the success and failure of virtual organizations.
This study attempts to explain the efficiency of virtual organizations by utilizing various factors based on previous
research findings. The findings are as follows: skill specificity, skill connectedness, relationship investment, reduced
control, opportunism reduction and open communication are important elements in the success of the virtual organization. |
