Paper Abstract:
|
Interfaces for coordination and control in agile and adaptive environments are generally viewed as very powerful tools that impose unique requirements. Such requirements are amplified in service-oriented enterprises. This paper presents design and implementation issues of an interface that is being designed and developed specifically for service-oriented enterprises. More specifically, a market research has pointed out that service oriented companies face a number of challenges related to monitoring and control quality and performance issues. A quality management application and the corresponding interface have been specifically designed to address those issues; they have been also developed and evaluated, as reposted in this paper. |
