Paper Abstract:
|
This paper details an eye tracking study to measure participant cognitive load when interacting with online decision constructs. It elaborates and improves on a pilot study that tested the experiment design. Physiological and subjective measurement of cognitive load is discussed as is a technique to capture participants thoughts and feelings regarding the interaction. This mixed method approach will generate a more holistic understanding of participants decision making and rationale. |
