Paper Abstract:
|
About 0.5 to 1% of worlds population may suffer seizures, this brain disorder is more common in children. Knowledge about this condition is an important tool to improve the treatment and the overall quality of life of epileptics. In this paper we suggest the design of a health literacy website for kids with epilepsy, in order to help them to understand their condition, as also help parents and the community to deal with the symptoms and the care needed by these kids. |
