Paper Abstract:
|
Nowadays, many studies are focused on the integration into social and work environments of people with mental
disabilities. Tutoring systems are intended for helping this community in their life. These tools are very helpful; although
at the moment don't completely meet their needs. This document presents a new emotional human tool for Intelligent
Tutoring Systems and remarks some of the ethical issues that engineers must deal with, especially while developing
Assistive Technology. In order to design any kind of new technologic system, the scientific community has to face many
ethical issues, mainly during experimentation and validation of the systems. |
