Paper Abstract:      A leader of the firefighters who perform a rescue operation on disaster sites wants much spot information. This paper assumes that the firefighters build a Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) in the disaster spot to obtain much information. When much data flows, the built MANET causes the delay deficit of data. The data must not be in delay deficit to com-mand the military unit based on the data that the leader was transmitted by MANET. In this paper, we propose the com-munication without delay deficit of critical data under the situation that much data flow through the MANET. Moreover, we find the quantity of critical data which can be transmitted without delay deficit from a theory and simulation. As the result, the value found by the simulation approximately accorded with the theoretical value. From this, we showed that we could calculate the quantity of data which can be transmitted without delay and deficit with respect to the communica-tion band of the radio and the number of the competing nodes (corresponding to the number of members in platoons). If the application of data transmission in each node regulates the quantity of transmission data of data with the proposed method, the important data do not suffer from delay deficits.
