Paper Abstract:

This work assess the level of compliance of data protection regulations in the European countries and the implementation
of best practices in the processing of personal data by data controllers. Specifically this paper includes the analysis of data
protection level in the e-Administration. The principle aims of this work are two: first, it is necessary to study the legal
regime on data protection in the European countries. The second one is to analyze how data controllers process the data.
On the basis of them, it is possible to propose some measures that data controllers can adopt to enhance their procedures. |
