Paper Abstract:      The objective of this paper is a comprehensive study of effective factors on success of B2B electronic commerce that are under control of SMEs themselves These factors include individual features of companies and environment have no influence on them. In this paper critical factors are divided into four main groups; business infrastructure, human resources, client interface and technical infrastructure. Also in our approach, factors were viewed from SMEs viewpoints.
