Paper Abstract:
|
The analysis of performance indicators is an important part of any business. To cope with the growing amount and complexity of performance indicators, the interactive graph-based visualization for the analysis of performance indicators and their dependencies is a novel interface approach in the area of cooperative decision support. In this paper, the authors demonstrate how the user interface design of the proposed graph visualization is facilitated based on performance indicator reference models. This approach shifts the currently used static techniques in business intelligence to the modern user requirements for rich interactive system. Also advanced interaction features of the developed early prototype are discussed, which support the user during configuration and analysis. |
