Paper Abstract:

This paper presents a prototypal framework which allows cooperation among Local Governments Information Systems.
To achieve this goal it adopts the Service-oriented and the Event-driven architecture based on the Web Services
technology. The framework is build on an open architecture composed by four levels and on an architectural element
called Cooperative Gate. |
