Paper Abstract:      The Coopera project aims at providing an environment for cooperative work based on a sophisticated object sharing paradigm that should, first remove part of the burden of file management from user, and provide awareness on what is happening in the project. We are trying to adapt paradigms commonly used by professional software engineers with computer illiterate people. This project is conducted by a team composed of pedagogical scientists, computer scientists, psychologist and teachers. This paper reports mainly on the more advanced experiment that concerns primary school children.
