Paper Abstract:
|
Governments around the world fail in effectively identify and classify incidents in public areas, as well as in rout them to the right government agent responsible to address the problem. In particular, several incidents take long time to be solved by the fact that the agent does not know their existence, generating financial losses and frustration to society. In this article, we propose a collaborative e-government approach to report city incidents and perform usability evaluation using think aloud method and SURE questionnaire. The proposed approach is simple and effective, and different from others related works it can be used to report several categories of city incidents. |
