Paper Abstract:      Imagine a world where there is no stress and anxiety of using the contents on the Internet. The purpose of such hypothetical imagination has led to quest for discovering techniques and methods to address social-economical challenges for reducing human anxiety on the Internet. The rigorous literature review suggests that the area of measuring and monitoring human anxiety has profound effect on human interaction with the computers. The research aims to conceptualize service front-end for reducing human anxiety on the Internet. As part of multidisciplinary research, the research requires an understanding of human anxiety types on the Internet and how cultural background affects them. Furthermore, it aims to build relationships between human anxiety and human behavior on the Internet. This will be validated by service front-end as part of the conceptualization framework.
