Paper Abstract:
|
This work describes the configuration of the hardware-software complex combines different optomechanical devices under a single program control, which makes it a universal tool for solving a wide range of scientific problems. As the results of the complex's work, examples of controlled micro- and nanostructuring of surfaces, the formation of ordered structures in the volume of the material, precision processing and modification of the surface of various materials by means of femtosecond laser radiation are shown. |
