Paper Abstract:      Nowadays, one of the ways to reduce medical care costs is to reduce duration of patients hospitalization and reinforce home sanitary support by formal (professional) and non formal (familial) caregivers. The aim is to design and operate a scalable and secured collaborative platform to handle specific tools for patients, their families and doctors. Virtualization, collaborative and associated mathematic tools (Hidden Markov Models, Bayesian statistics, cryptography, relational algebra, signal filters, wavelet transform...) are necessary to setup such a telemedicine platform that can handle many different developments such as cognitive exercises, visiophony, monitoring.
