Paper Abstract:

The realization of a collaborative and web based portal for educational operators, promotes enhanced manage efficiency
of learning and teaching activities, through the use of new technology constituting also, an important start point towards
new cultural and professional opportunities in the field of educational. Actually there are enough instruments for to
manage and share knowledge but these solutions are not accessible and shared for all kind of users. This particular kind
of users need to manage own activities through a flexible system easy to manage and accessible, because educational
operators are not expert users and often come from an exiguous IT experience. This solution also enables schools to
access broadband Internet and other learning resources and effectively promotes improved collaborative working. |
