Paper Abstract:

The Web 2.0 Collaborative tools are growing and are improving every day and its usage is spread in companies and society. But the use of web technology is not usual in underdeveloped rural areas as a way of social inclusion and innovation support. This paper describes the case of an internet portal created by Committee of Entities against Hunger and For Life to help and create self-sustainability on underdeveloped rural communities on Brazil. |
