The aim of this paper is to identify the most suitable linguistic model for churn prediction in the wireless telecommunication industry in order not only to identify customers with the intention of churning but also to seek out the root causes of their churn. The paper identifies the attributes that affect churn in telecoms and two prediction models for the problem specified - Fuzzy Decision Trees and Pattern Trees |
