Paper Abstract:
|
This paper presents the Chronos model, designed to ubiquitous project management support, planned to promote efficiency and agility in the project management, it is based in the user profile management (stakeholders), context awareness and trails management. The model aims to join the concepts of mind maps, best practices suggested in PMBoK and application of Scrum agile methodology. It will facilitate the application of u-project in the portfolio management program and distributed projects. Moreover, we propose a link between Chronos and BI, enabling its use as an information generator directed to strategic decision making. Chronos can be applied in projects from different areas. |
