Paper Abstract:
|
There seems to be a lack of understanding of organisations' challenges when transitioning to agile business analysis,
which has prohibitive effects in the process. This paper therefore provides clarifications by describing the challenges
faced during the transition from traditional business analysis to agile business analysis. As a way of dealing with this gap,
this paper uncovered theoretical evidence on the challenges faced by organisations while transiting to agile business
analysis methods. This paper uses Actor-Network Theory (ANT) as a lens to address these challenges. Through the lens
of ANT, an understanding of the challenges faced by organisations in transitioning from traditional business analysis to
agile business, analysis is gained. Although ANT has been employed in many studies, it is very important to establish and
explain the challenges, from a social perspective, the challenges that organisations faced during the transition from
traditional business analysis to agile business analysis. |
