Paper Abstract:      Nowadays, there are in Cape Verde a vast amount of history education object and memories stored in rooms or in people’s minds and homes that aren’t accessible to everyone. It is said that an important mark of or education culture from witch we could learn is closed to our youngest minds, not to say to us. Even more said when we think that because information is not accessible to every one part of our education culture soon could be lost forever. This paper provides a comprehensive introduction to the development of a pedagogical virtual museum in Cape Verde. Contrarily to traditional concept of pedagogical museums where objects are stored in a room, this project aims to build laboratory museum within a virtual learning environment. Those will provide access to Cape Verde education and culture history throughout the world
