Paper Abstract:
|
Organizational learning has a major objective to increase knowledge, by improving knowledge management process and
to use these knowledge products as a strategic resource and a critical source of competitive advantage issues and TQM.
We present a blended e-learning collaborative framework on CSCL in business information systems BISCOL. We use
EAI systems from several IT companies for learning through training using collaborative model, then we develop further
our research, based on ERP systems and collaborative model. We analyze the results of collaborative teams and projects
in Case-Based Learning and Theme-Based Learning and evaluation process in involving individual learning, team of
three members and team of five members with specified role and responsibilities in ERP systems. |
