Paper Abstract:
|
A continuous effort for high performance and high flexibility is a must for an organization to survive in a global
oligopolistic market. Literature shows that the power of workers is a key to it. Given this fact and the importance of
information systems in organizations, needed is a systems analysis method for the empowerment of an individual worker
within a community of practice, however there is little research on it. By studying classics on resistance to change and
organizational development, we derive the basis for the methods for business professionals or workers to reflect on their
experiences, create new ideas, and communicate with colleagues. In the light of the basis, we have a brief examination of
existing methods, revealing that there are no methods satisfying the basis. |
