The paper presents an overview of the strategy that is being applied within the Programme Aveiro - Digital to introduce
the information and communication technologies into the social solidarity institutions. It also refers the technological
approach to generalize the sharing of data among the different entities and actors involved in domiciliary support
services, where is a lack of use of Internet based services. |
