Paper Abstract:      Nowadays, most of social sciences university study programs, even high school’s ones, includes, at least, a course over statistics contents. It shows the increasing importance concedes to statistics as a basic knowledge to understand the modern world. Nevertheless, the statistics teaching methodology has no received the proper consideration. As a result of the convergence process to establish the european area of higher education, it has been started a reflection process over the short term aims (to pass the subjects and the long terms aims (knowledges and skills to work as a professional) as well as the contents (mathematics weight, data analysis…). It’s nevertheless also necessary reflects on the attitude and incentive problems of the students on respects the statistics subjects, because of its importance as a powerful analytical tool. Following Phillips (1980), the student’s attitude to statistics could be an obstacle or an advantage in their learning process. The main aim of this paper is to analyze the origin of the problems founded about the learning difficulties of subjects with a high level of statistics looking for more efficient teaching statistics methodology. In order to get that purpose, the paper will measure the student’s attitude to statistics and will analyze the e-learning process trying to find the eventual relation between both questions.
