Paper Abstract:      Business Intelligence solutions are becoming vital for many organizations, especially those have tendons amount of data. Such solutions still face many failures when determining the methodology needed (Lönnqvist and Pirttimäki, 2006). In our paper, we will apply agile methodology on business intelligence solutions by using ASD-DM framework. The use of this methodology will be clarified by presenting a case study on building Customer Care Data Mart. The main contribution of this paper is the demonstration that Agile methodologies, especially ASD method, improve the way building Business Intelligence applications The lessons learned from our case study agree with (Shariat and Hightower, 2007) recommendation that “customers view the future as involving collaboration and cooperation between all parties within the business as well as the external vendors in order to properly manage enterprise information technology systems” (p. 40).
