Paper Abstract:
|
In this paper, we propose an innovative concept of "Application Service Provider System (ASP System)" which promotes the opening and the interoperability of the learning management systems (LMS). The goal of this opening is to make the interaction between systems easier, to facilitate the sharing of resources between systems. With the introduction of a new economic model this system widens the market of the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) . The first services which we are going to deal with in this paper are services of content management and services of learning activities follow-up management. |
