Paper Abstract:

Nowadays, as LBS(Location Based Service) is becoming popular, location determination technologies for especially indoor environments are getting a lot of attention. Many indoor positioning methods just use RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator) measurements. But, the positioning error can be changed depending on the configuration of the APs as well as on RSSI measurements. In this paper, to improve the indoor positioning accuracy, we propose indoor positioning method which use RSSI measurements and DOP(Dilution of Precision) reflecting the configuration of APs. |
