Paper Abstract:
|
In the information technology industrial world, engineers need to catch up with the latest technologies. The problem seems that there is no precise method of how to find the latest information. We surveyed on a series of magazines titled Software Design which is very popular among Japanese Open-Source Software (OSS) developers. The quantitative analysis focused on understanding the Free/Libre/Open-Source Software (FLOSS) growth history via the magazine. In this paper, some insights from the investigation of the data from the magazine are shown to suggest the latest information trend advice. |
