Paper Abstract:      E-business implies the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in support of traditional business activities. In a Business to Consumers (B2C) model, companies use e-business to make their services and products available to more customers through direct interactions. Thus, it is important to understand and respond to consumer expectations, behavior and other characteristics to define a target market and develop a strong customer relationship. As an approach to promoting social inclusion, it is relevant in e-business to guarantee that no customer is left behind in taking advantage of the benefits of ICT. Therefore, it is valuable to know how to profile customers with disabilities when they interact with e-business applications to offer them highly-personalized service. The research objective is to design an ontological approach to profile customers with disabilities. We combine ontologies from other domains: inclusion and accessibility, health and disability, and business model. The proposed approach allows the profiling from an e-business perspective, improving e-business application development to offer customized attention.
