Paper Abstract:

Evolutionary research and development (R&D) work has been integrated and supported advanced Web-based technology and the convergence culture improvements and dissemination. Based on such conceptualization, an interactive knowledge based learning framework has been carried out through integrating technology, culture, arts and sciences concepts. It has improved individualsÂ’ knowledge and competence for using accessible digital tools and concepts through hands on experimentation. Ones have understood the relevance of applying interactive advanced digital technologies (IADTs) for enhancing human performance and transferring such knowledge for influencing individualsÂ’ lifelong learning. |
