Paper Abstract:      In this paper, we introduce an original hybrid approach for fault resistance in dynamic multi-agent systems. This approach is based on two concepts which are: replication and teamwork. Through this work we propose to evaluate the agent criticality using two different levels: the local level where the agent criticality is calculated according to its local plan of actions and the external level that concerns the different relations between the concerned agent and the other agents. The criticality evaluation makes it possible to divide the agents of the system into two main groups. The critical group uses the active replication, and the non critical group uses the passive replication. Three other gents are added to the system in order to guarantee the approach efficiency.
