Paper Abstract:
|
In this research, we developed an entertainment AR system that make an original spinning top for kids. Our goal is to increase the kids motivations to making handcraft work. To achieve this goal, we tried applying information technology to making original CD spinning top that is the handcraft workshop. Our developed system acquires the spinning top of parameters such as a color, a position and a rotational speed. For extending the spinning top play experience, this system transforms those parameters to various images or music. In order to evaluate system, we had held kids events using this system. In this paper, we report a developing method of this system and discuss the effects of using at handcraft workshop. |
