Paper Abstract:
|
RidgeRun is a technological firm that competes in a very innovative and changing industry (embedded systems technologies). Regularly, new highly capable platforms are introduced into the market. Firms competing in this segment must be aware of these innovations to take advantage of new products to bring new support services and/or innovate uses for the platforms as well. In order to achieve this goal, an industry analysis was performed, taking into account its key components and weaknesses. The purpose of this research (as a case study) is to provide an e-business proposal based on enterprise systems that help the company to enhance its competitive position. |
