Paper Abstract:
|
In this paper an Information Retrieval System (Alhaken), which indexes and retrieves the official documents generated in
the Parliament of Andalucía, is presented. This type of organisms is obliged to spread the discussions about the important
matters that affect citizens from a country or a region. Information Technologies are the tools that public administrations
are starting to use to make available the huge amount of documentation that generate. Alhaken tries to offer an efficient
and effective piece of software to help users to find relevant information. |
