Paper Abstract:

This paper intends to analyze the importance of the adoption of mobile technologies by restaurants and other organizations in the food service segment. Its objective is to show the existing technologies and to explain how these resources could add perceived value to business process, thus gaining clients loyalty. The research has been conducted by observing and interviewing real organizations in order to comprehend its needs in Information Technology field, to know about its customers, environment and about itself, for simulating the application of some mobile technologies. This study aims to help restaurants, organizations that belong to a competitive market segment, to enter and to maintain their business. |
