As the growth of online business activities continues in twenty-first century, it is important to understand the
appropriateness of different business techniques in addressing operational issues of e-commerce organizations. This
paper examines issues in IT cost management in e-commerce organizations and proposes the adoption of the Time-
Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) model as a solution to these issues. |
