Paper Abstract:      One of the biggest challenges for pervasive healthcare systems is to find a way to utilize the context information captured in the environment in a simple and functional form, making the relationship between different computer systems easy and providing computational resources in a transparent way. One of the most common forms of context representation, known as ontology, has an significant role in pervasive computing. This article describes the development process of a context persistence service that based on ontologies; aims to provide persistence and recovery of context data for physicians in a hospital environment that use the ClinicSpace software architecture, which aims to provide computational support in a transparent form for clinical professionals to perform their daily tasks.
