Paper Abstract:      XBRL technology is a world standard, based on XML, for the dissemination and exchange of financial information from companies and regulators entities in the financial market. Financial professionals need to analyze these documents quickly and objectively for decision making, which requires means to provide resources for analysis at any location. The use of mobile devices to depict necessary information for the analysis of financial data is an alternative to timely make decisions based on financial data. An open code solution for data visualization and an architecture disconnected to technologies is a way so that other professionals can contribute to the improvement of the tool and implementation in other operating systems. As the screen of mobile devices is small, it is necessary to perform a great deal of manipulations so that data is presented according to user preferences. Similarly, because mobile device is limited in relation to its hardware, data processing can be performed via Web Services, the technology that provides a standard environment of interoperability between different software applications. Thus, the proposed tool allows the visualization of XBRL data based on user preferences and their manipulation, e.g. validate reports, messages exchange between mobile devices. Thus, this work proposes a tool for visualization and manipulation of XBRL documents on mobile devices
