Paper Abstract:
|
The health situation in Western Balkan countries, especially Albania, is poor and yet improving, as the rest of the Balkan area. The Welfare and Health Cooperation in the Balkans project is focused on the health care area in order to optimise resources and increase the quality of Public Health Service. The system we are developing consists of a communication environment based on state-of-the-art communication technologies and networks for shared management of knowledge. As a result, a network will be created to exchange best practices, and promote innovative learning and training programmes. |
