Paper Abstract:
|
The rapid transformations in technology and society have posed a need for the public sector to change how it operates. So far, the public sectors, specifically at EU level, main aim has been making services and data available online. Currently, a new need has emerged, and that is for the public sector to achieve an open and collaborative model, based on operating in an effective and transparent manner. In this transformation, certain tools are required in order to facilitate the change and cover the needs of the public sector, by using the most recent technological advancements. The aim of this paper is to match the identified methods, tools and applications that are already available, to the policy domains that and could be utilised. |
