Paper Abstract:      In this paper, we use the normalization method to tackle the problem of the anisotropic scaling attack. To improve the performance of the watermarking, we insert the watermark bits into the subsampled domain in the normalized domain. We embed the watermark bits into the discrete cosine transform domain of the subsampled and normalized image. We show that the watermarking method with both the normalization and the subsampling technique is robust against the anisotropic scaling attack through the experiment
