Paper Abstract:      At first, through literature review, this study shows that two fundamental factors which determine success or failure of e- Commerce are “trust” and “value” (including value gained from generic characteristics of the Internet). The literature review also revealed that there are two kinds of models to explain trust building process, which are an initial trust model and a 2-stage model. Then, as a result of analysis and reconstruction of the trust and value composing factors reported in the literatures, a hypothesis, establishing process of value also contains multiple stages, is formed. Lastly, in order to test the above hypothesis, an e-Commerce growth model of multiple trust and value stages is proposed.
